One has to wonder why they keep shipping the feature. I've never heard of
anyone who's been able to use it successfully.

And why oh why don't they come up with a better solution?

Suzanne, who keeps swearing that she'll never take a job that requires her
to write anything in Word over 30 pages, but who must constantly eat her
words.
