I have a CHM file that I created in version 7 of Robohelp HTML.

When I select to print all the topics within a book on the TOC, the text
shifts farther to the right on each page. By page 10 the text is a narrow
column at the right margin. How can I print without this happening?

I searched the archives (here and at ehelp and posted this question on the
ehelp fourm, but haven't gotten a reply) but didn't come across an answer.

Thanks for your help,

Philip
