John Posada is quite correct.
Notice, however, that even with all the algorithms, the numbers
do not (as Joanna Williams wrote):
> separate the "effect" of the training and documentation materials
> from the "effect" of a (hopefully!) better designed application.
If you can develop a way to do that, you can probably set yourself
up as a consultant making big bucks for the rest of your life.
