Hi all,
This is a message to all of you who played the "how to keep an idiot busy
for hours" game like I did. I remember a response from one of the list
members saying "expect SPAM".
So, my question is: did this prediction come true for you? Because it sure
did for me. Within 48 hours I started receiving "one time only"
advertisments,( read: you can't do anything about this) many of them sexual
in nature, at my workplace.
I want to get to the root of this problem by tracking down the company that
got my address in the first place. If those of you who played the game have
received spam from the list below (not complete, but only what I haven't
deleted from my trash bin) please let me know either way. If I find out that
nobody else is getting them, then I will have to just give up and set a ton
of filters.
Here's the list (brief though it may be):
