RE: TW angle to the Compuware/IBM conflict

I had to do this recently--I used a large chunk of the vendor's manual. I
cited the vendor's document with their trademarks, and sent the document to
the vendor for approval.

They were fine with what I did.

I also identified some missing info in their document, as tactfully as
possible!
