Another OK one is Word 97 Macro & VBA Handbook. Guy Hart-Davis, Sybex. ISBN
0-7821-1962-X. I say "OK" because it's really good for the basic stuff, but
falls down at about the time you need to start learning the Word Object
Model in depth.
