You've already got Word, which makes perfectly good PDF files, and you know how to use it. You've already got Dreamweaver, which makes perfectly good HTML files, and you know how to use it.

Why pay hundreds of dollars for new software and take a productivity hit while you claw your way up the learning curve, when it gets you no closer to the desired format than you would be with Word and Dreamweaver?

Maybe you've got time and money to burn; if not, I'd stick with the tools you know.
