~> 1. List the reference books (maximum of five) that you use most
~> frequently.

1. Production and Inventory Control, Principles and Techniques
2. The Practical SQL Handbook
3. IBM's iSeries Information Center (website)
4. The Chicago Manual of Style
5. Dictionary

~> 2. In one sentence, summarize or list the kind(s) of writing
~> you do. (i.e. manuals, help systems, marketing, fiction, humor,
~> journalism, weird sig lines, etc.)

I write manuals and on-line help for our manufacturing planning, shop floor
control, and inventory management modules, as well as the system
administration book and any PC products that fall under those categories.

~> 3. Are you a dog person or a cat person?

I'm a dog person living with a cat person. I've grown to adore my cats, but
still have issues with animals that go to the bathroom in the house. (It's
fair, I guess. My partner has issues with loud animals. I have a German
Shepherd!)
