The Tekom website at www.tekom.de does. (Tekom is the German equivalent
of STC.)
Normally, you need to be a member to access it, though. If you are a
member of a sister organisation, you could try to get an exemption,
although I don't know whether this will work. (And you should probably
get a respectable e-mail address first ;-)
