Yep, certainly do, though I think my shortcut only works in Frame. I
primarily use Frame for docs that are long enough to need indexing. Instead
of creating/updating the $startrange and $endrange entries, I take advantage
of the Frame setting that automatically creates page ranges when adjacent
pages contain the same index marker. Because I like to index as I go along,
I just mark every instance that I eventually want in the index, and let it
create ranges when a subject is discussed over several pages. The bonus is
that if material moves around later, the material's index markers move with
it, so it continues to be referenced in the index.
