We have a new release roughly every three weeks. So, every three weeks I
write about 16 pages of release notes using information in our bug tracking
tool, bugzilla. I email the rough to engineering and operations, when I
get all changes done, I give it to my boss (VP of Eng) for his final
blessing.

Once blessed, I make the needed changes to the user guide and I publish all
relevant documentation via html and pdf.
