So go home and hug them! Much more rewarding than holding meetings... ;-)

I usually find that threatening to release something without input is enough
to get people in the door and reviewing. Something polite along the lines of
"if you don't show up for this meeting, the document will be released
without your input and you will have to go through a long and arduous ECN
process to get your changes in" usually works for me.

Nora (who has been trying to get a meeting for some training going all week,
and is about to be reduced to threats or free pizza...)
