Yeah,
I had intended to sign up for Omniscience as well, but I thought I already
knew what would be taught and it conflicted with Omnipotence 400. I thought
that if I graduated from that class, then I could take ALL of my classes at
the same time.
FWIW, I hadn't met anyone who had graduated from a honest-to-goodness
technical writing program until the later '90s. I've known some fantastic
technical writers who had degrees in Art History, Psychology, and a couple
of other Humanities programs.
