ISO has nothing to do with her preferences. They are simply
that...her preferences, cloaked uynder the ISO umbrella so you will
be appropriately humbled.

I worked at a company that was both ISO registered and CMM5
compliant. At that time, there were maybe 5 companies in the country
that could say that.

Nothing about arial or full justification was ever stipulated.

In a nutshell, ISO says "The way you do something...document it, then
make sure you do it the same way every time."
