The job appears to be very clearly described. I don't think we need to
stoop to a "is this what tech writing has come to?" rant - this is a
typing gig, plain and simple. And they need somebody accustomed to working
with technical documents.
The world does need typists, ya know. Nothing wrong with that. Unless you
prefer to call them Keyboard Technicians or some such silliness.
