It's funny, but I've heard people around here say that Austin is THE place to be (or at least before the Dot Bomb crash they were saying that), and it's a much prettier place than Sunnyvale. The music scene (although largely overrated) is pretty good too. Sometimes quality of life just has to play into it.
BTW, thanks a lot for that subject line, Andrew, now I can't get Jello's voice out my head. <g> (At least it's not Whitney Houston.)

The notion that Silicon Valley is THE place to be strikes me as rather arrogant
considering the abundance of technology firms elsewhere around the nation (and
world).
