BTW--re Office vs. Word/Excel/etc. I was conflicted about this also a few months ago, but I quickly learned > there are plenty of people who don't know that Word, etc., is part of Office. I would definitely itemize, such as: "MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)".
I show both MS Office and the individual applications on my resume, but for a different reason.
There is more than one edition of office--standard, professional, etc., and I can't count on somebody knowing that or what applications each edition contains.
So I help them bridge the gap.
