I must have applied on-line at wierd sites. They all requested that I paste my resume into a text box.

I quickly discovered that the text box converted my resume to an ugly text-only doc and all my Word skills were wasted.

I now have a resume that is just a plain text document that doesn't get scrambled when I paste it to a text box on a company's web site.
