For everyone who responded, thank you for "taking the time" (awkward attempt
at a pun).

Two people assured me that there is no such thing as 24:00, one felt 24:00
was a good idea to avoid misunderstanding, and Dick Margulis - who had asked
a recent question about time outside the US - suggested 24h00 instead of
24:00.

The translation I finally settled on: "a 'week' is defined as the period
from the start of Monday to the end of the following Sunday", as per Thom
Randolph's comments, since the thing doesn't require that much precision.

Thanks again. Raeleen

> Typically, when I've had to describe this situation, I would say: "from
12:00:00am Monday morning until 11:59:59pm Sunday night. For cases needing
less precision, I might even use "from the start of Monday (12:00am) until
the end of Sunday (11:59:59pm)." It is awkward any way you go about it.
