Currently not having a job is the worst part, I'd say. Small contracts don't
pay the mortgage.

I may start carrying around a sign that says, "Will write for food" if the
dry spell doesn't let up. Which is weird, because everyone knows it isn't
dry in Vancouver! ;)

>From a "working" perspective, I'd say cross referencing several older
versions of the same manuscript in order to make a new edition, especially
when the differences are *extremely* subtle!
