John,

If you remove "the following benefits to the business" and create a complete
sentence with 1 of the bullet points it helps to see how they grammatically
fit together. So in your example, it would be:

"The new process delivers improve adherence to ..."

The analysts changes would make:

"The new process delivers improves adherence to..."

I don't think either is correct. I would put:

"The new process delivers improved adherence to..."

Either that or, as Keith suggested, rewrite the intro line to be more
grammatical with the bullets.
