You should be very careful when using a phase like this. Just because your
program works in MS Bloat 4.0 and 4.1 does not mean it will work in 4.3. I
only use this phase if I personally have tested all the higher/later
versions. But this is hard to do if the docs are written before 4.4 is
released.

There is nothing stopping a software company from removing parts of the
program, and that could happen to be what you were referencing to. Making
you and the company you are writing for look a little silly.

When referring to software versions and releases, would you say:

* MS Bloat 2.1 and higher
* MS Bloat 2.1 and later
* MS Bloat 2.1 and above

I suspect it's a case of picking one and using it consistently, but can
anyone cite a reason for choosing one of those options over the others?
