Now we have to ask, did the final manual include instructions for putting a
catch pan under the radiator?

Funny how those little details can make a big difference. I was working on
developing a procedure for a ski resort's snowmaking operation. Someone
forgot to mention shutting off a certain water valve at a particular time.
We couldn't figure out why we weren't getting any water pressure on the
hill. It took us about 20 minutes to figure out we were dumping 500 gallons
per minute back into the river. Closing one little valve made all the
difference in the world. Our only excuse for not catching it sooner was it
was late at night, snowing and very cold (common conditions for snow making)
and who can think with those noisy pumps running.
