RE: Omitting styles in a Word TOC

In Tools/AutoCorrect, on the Autoformat as you type and Autoformat tabs, you
need to turn off "Apply as you type" option for Headings.  If that's on, and
Word sees something that looks like a Heading 6, it just makes it Heading 6.
