Follow up question to Chuck's question, for Jane and others:
What about the use of the infinitive form of a verb in procedure titles,
e.g.:
"To Create a New Document" or "To Change the Modem Settings"
I actually ran across this in a MicroSoft document, as well; it was the
online help for HTML Help Workshop.
