I like the idea -- mostly. But I doubt that many of these vo-tech
students have creating online help in their future. I'd concentrate
on effective business communication -- letters and memos, resumes,
expense reports, and instructions.
And yes, I'd include grammar, punctuation, and words that are
easily confused (affect/effect, to/too/two, etc.) -- and provide
insight into where to look this stuff up once they're out in the
real world.
