Scanned the article you mentioned. You're just trying to put me off, aren't
you? If it reassures you any, I was in Moscow on holiday when the country
crashed. I was staying with expat friends. Because we were dollar rich (and
we got richer every fifteen minutes as the exchange rates soared) we were
able to do more to help the Russians. People have been sending me some
really good suggestions and I'm hoping I can do something to help again.
Yes, there is a big problem with the Mafia in Russia. Yes, Russia is going
through a difficult passage. Then again, there is a big problem with kids
shooting their schoolmates dead in the playground in the USA. Doesn't mean
the USA is all washed up yet, does it?
