I want to practice designing some Basic Help Documentation. Besides
RoboHelp - are there any good basic Help Programs for Windows 98 I can use?

Could you include whether they're free or their cost, where I can download
them, and your opinion of the programs?

Thanks Again in Advance for all your assistance.
It is much appreciated!
