Hmm, maybe some of it was in-house add-ons, but I thought Domino could
provide versioning and audit trails - if it doesn't do it natively, I know
its definitely possible with a bit of coding.

Hello all,

I've been assigned to take approximately 600 docs of various lengths from a
Lotus Notes database and post them on the web.

My initial thought is to cut and paste them into a word template, save as
pdfs and link these up to web pages. Obviously, a lot of manual labor
involved here.

Does someone have an alternative means they can recommend? I was wondering
if there was some 3rd party software that does this, or if I might try
constructing some macros in WORD and/or Lotus to automate. (I'm new to Lotus
notes. We're using Lotus 4.6 and WORD '97).

Also, does anyone have any experience with Domino.doc? Going forward, I have
to recommend to this organization some means of document management
(versioning, audit trails, etc.)
