Hi

I am seeking some advice. I come from an engineering and graphic design
background and have written umpteen manuals and documents, before I decided
to qualify myself with an MS, which am currently finishing at the Illinois
Institute of Technology, Chicago. Is it any easier to get an H1 for a
technical writer with a US degree, or is it as tough? Some companies I
approached turned down my Cv for the inability to work without sponsorship.
How do I get across this hurdle? Also, any leads for a sponsoring company
would be highly appreciated.

Thanks
Karthik
