If you feel strongly about it you can always call a
lawyer... but it's my understanding that many
companies have two forms of health plans (or premiums)
- one for smokers, one for non-smokers.

I think the court case would be a tricky one, as the
whole tobacco issue is so unclear. Unless you really
felt discriminated against and want to retaliate, I
think it's best to just move on.
