About p*rn on a resume:

At my last job, the key Web designer (and later manager of that team) got
her start doing freelance Web design for p*rn sites. She specialized in it
and got a good reputation for it. The hiring manager said that going through
her portfolio (all online of course) was interesting to say the least.

The point is that what they saw on her resume was not P*RN but her skills
and talents.
