A friend went on a business trip to Rome. The place made her crazy. "You
never know what's going to happen when, when anything is open, where you can
park and driving, oh my God!" She was so unproductive and so unhappy there,
she considered cutting the trip short and coming straight home to the US.

Her next stop was Munich. In the airport, she was on the escalator and
someone berated her, "You WALK on the left and STAND on the right!" She
moved over, breathed a sigh of relief and was happy. There were rules.

So, amoung my friends, the question is: Which is the place for you: Rome or
Munich? I'll take the choas of Rome, myself. I guess that's why I've been in
software all these years. You? And have you ever worked in a software house
that runs any other way?
