David Goldberg asks,
"I would like to know how others handle the definition of fields in
non-context sensitive Help systems for large software applications,
particularly using the RoboHTML and WebHelp products."

I like to make a table listing each field and a description of what is
expected to be filled in. I include a phrase in the topic like "Table
3-1 provides field explanations" or something. "Table 3-1" is
hyperlinked as a popup.
