Two issues <snip>

Should a PDF contain a front and back cover? Sort of, how's that for a
definitive answer! We combine information found on both the front and back
(title, graphics, item number) and create a new front page, just for the
PDF.

Should a PDF be formatted for duplex or single-sided printing. That
depends! If it's going out to our field, nearly everyone has a laser
printer that will only print one side in a single pass--consequently we set
up that information for single-sided printing. However if it's going to be
"really" printed, it's typically set up duplex.

Hope this helps!
