Hello,

I'm working in PageMaker 6.5 with a small book that has 7 chapters (excluding the front matter, TOC, glossary, index). Each chapter is saved as it's own publication, rather than as one long document.

Do I need to create one long publication in order to generate a TOC and index? Or can I use the 7 existing (separate) publications? Any help this and on how to create an index and a table of contents would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
