Document Type prefixes vary from purposing to purposing. It is usual to
include all the usual suspects: Policies, Stds, Plans, Processes,
Procedures, Instructions, References, Manual, User Guide, Quick Reference,
Form blah blah
These can be ratified into Internal documents and External documents or
whatever. Conduct a quick audit of document types in-house to be supported
by the repository and viola.
