Of course, for those of us with secure documents there is always the option
of the Documents On Carbonite format - when the IRS shows up you just set a
match to it.
Being a softer material it's easier to chisel (I just use a saber-tooth) and
if you want to simulate a console you just sprinkle chalk over the top and
wipe it clean.
