Bonita,

If you have RoboHelp Office, you can use RoboHTML
to create uncompiled HTML help for your web
application. RoboHTML calls this help format
"WebHelp".

WebHelp is actually a collection of HTML pages,
some JavaScript, a CSS, and images. You can create
a hyperlink from your web application to a specific
HTML page in your help system, thus creating
"context sensitive help". RoboHTML provides a
default CSS and adequate instructions for changing
the default CSS to suit your needs.

You do not need to create an XSLT to achieve
context sensitive help for a web-based application.
