Hello my fellow technical communciations specialist. I'm wondering if one
of you experts can supply me with your expertise in the area of
reenginnering. My Technical Writing Team is changing. In addition to
writing and producing technical manuals, we will now be challenged with the
task of producing online training documentation. I need to know what tools
are availble to produce such documents. We are also shifting our gears to
the CBT (Computer Based Training) direction as well, so any information on
how to create CBTs would be more than beneficial.

Also, does anyone have any information about tools that would allow you to
work with single source documents. By that I mean a tool that could,
produce a single document in a variety of different formats, especially
HTML. Any information you can provide would be great. If you know of some
great books, websites, vendors, etc. just send it all.

Thanks.
