I've gone through the archives and I can't seem to find a solution to this
problem so I'm hoping someone out there can help.

There are some people in the office who can't seem to print legible .PDF
documents. The graphics are fine yet the text is garbage (random symbols
replace the actual text). I can take the
same document and print it from my machine with no problems.

Can anyone tell me what I should be looking for and how I can fix this?

Thanks in advance,
Ann Waterhouse
