Hello All,

Thanks to those who responded to my question on trademarks. I sent a
message to one of the lawyers in New York who works for the same company
and, if you are interested, here is his response:

"technically you should. practically you don't
need to. the problem is, howver, if
someone excerpts just part of a guide, there will
be no indication of the trademarked status."

I don't know yet whether this will settle the issue, but at least it
is an opinion that supports my point of view.
