I think the point was "don't fret over the absolute correct title for your
documentation" and not "name it any damn thing you want; it's the content
that matters."

The difference between "System Administrator Guide", "System Administrator
Manual", "System Administrator User Guide", "System Administrator User
Manual", and "System Administrator Reference" is not all that important. In
each of these examples, the reader knows that it's a book that the System
Administrator should read.
