Thanks for the advice. I looked all over the site for big computer company
(which is HP) and wasn't able to find what I need. I have written a Customer
Success Story about HP and how they are using our product in their online
support center, but I am having trouble figuring out where to get the
approval to post it. The people I interviewed at HP weren't at all helpful
in directing me to a contact. The legal statement that I found just told me
how to link to their site. Part of my problem is that I don't have lots of
time on my hands to research this. I was hoping that our marketing people
could take over, so I can get back to writing.
Thanks again for your help,
