Moreover:  what good is such a request?  The only way an audit is of any use
is when Microsoft or their reps do the auditing themselves.  If my company
is demanded to audit itself, what's to stop us from replying with, "yep, all
licenses present and accounted for."  There's no CONFIRMATION.
