Yep. 

I usualy write body text in Times Roman, 12 point. I make file names,
file paths, hyperlinks, etc. in Arial, Bold, 10 point. Unless an
existing customer style guide (published style guides are simply
that...guides, not rules) says to do it differently.

Why? Because I like it and it is usualy my document. Whatever you
do...do it consistantly and few people will have an issue (or at
least the ones that I care to listen to).
