Subject:Problem pasting/inserting MS Word file From:"Paul Moloney" <paul -dot- moloney -at- seprobilling -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Thu, 16 Aug 2001 12:32:13 +0100
I'm using Perl to auto-generate a large document (a 500K htm, no images) and
have
tried several different methods of inserting this into
a pre-existed Microsoft World document:
* using Insert -> File and inserting it as HTML
* converting it to a .doc and using Insert -> File
* converting it to a doc, copying it, and pasting it into the existing file
Each method causes MS Word to crash and yields the same error message:
"The instruction at "0x3013145e" referenced memory at "0x006c0069". The
memory could not be "read"."
Can anyone help me? Is it just that MS Word can handle inserts/pastes beyond
a certain size?
Thanks,
P.
