Hi Brandi,

My advice: go for it.

As long as you reasonably confident in the company's
new business plan and product offering, this sounds
like a great opportunity. It's the ol' risk/reward
equation again: you'll be taking on more risk, but
you've got the potential for signficant rewards in
terms of career advancement, challenging work, and so
on.

I spent three years building up a small tech pubs
group at a start-up and it as an experience I wouldn't
have wanted to miss.

If you stay where you are now, you may regret it.

Of course, having said all that, only you can figure
out how much risk you're prepared to accept at this
point in your career and your life.

./Scott
