I'm not sure if that colon meant
anything, but "brown sugar" is a noun
and therefore you do not need a comma
after "unprocessed".

In any event, the first statement isn't
grammatically correct. Neither sound
particularly like a "warning".

If it is a warning, it will grab the
reader's attention if you say, "Do not
use white sugar or molasses. Use pure,
unprocessed brown sugar only."
