Philadelphians say...

"eff-aye-Q" and "See-Quil."

Also, according to what I was taught by my 8th grade teacher and my handy
Grammar handbook, the deciding factor for indefinite article is the first
*sound* of the following word, not the first letter:

* an hour
* a university
* a SQL server

Of course, Philadelphians also say "are you'se going down the shore" so
maybe we're not the best source for grammatical correctness. :)
